If an error code has come up and you do not know what to do, please refer to the operators handbook. If you still cannot find a way to remedy the situation, please contact our service desk, referencing the error code on the machine and we will discuss how to get you up and running again.
If the machine does not start, please watch our start up procedure in the site support section of Ardent TV. If you are still having difficulties starting the machine, please contact our service desk on 03333 202 555 and select option 2.
